[2020] Stuttering and short freezes

So I started playing this game when the open beta launched and the first few days the game were running really smooth. Since the beginning of this week tho I have been having increased issues with the game stuttering and freezing for short periods.

I’ve noticed that animations seem to lag, such as smashing a crate or players slamming far away.

I’ve tried most ”fixes” that have been recommended in other posts but nothing have helped so far. Is there anyone who have been able to solve this issue succsessfully?
