[2020] Press the joystick to sprint? Auto-sprint coming?

I really like this game but it's been a while since I played it for the last time.

I stopped playing the game because (it might sound weird) but it is just so hard for me to keep pressing the joystick just to sprint. It hurts after a while!!! Pretty sure I am not the only one.

Is there an auto-sprint feature coming for the game???
