[2020] I have played 87 games and cant seem to get 1 kill or even some damage

i have played 87 games and cant seem to get 1 kill or even some damage . pc gamer for 10 years. decent in every fps game. I am completely lost at the shooting mechanism of this game. on top of that lobbies are half empty and i am againts try hards. just need some tips on how do i actually shoot enemies. i can barely do 12 dmg from a ripper while they kill me with a fukin smg or blaster wpn
