Thanks for reporting the tilted screen issue. We've passed that onto the team to be looked into.

If you could answer these questions below it would be a big help in identifying the flickering issue:

• What type of X1 do you have? X1, X1s or X1X.
• Is the console firmware up to date?
• Do you have a HDD or a SSD installed ?

• Did you try changing the HDMI port on the display you're using?
• Did you try to change the HDMI cable?
• Have you encountered this issue on a different display?
