Im tier 30 and only have 350 bitcrowns , which is very weird considering when i counted in the battlepass i should have like 500-500+ . Only purchases i made were , i bought the starter pack , bought the battlepass with the starterpack crowns and also i got the nvidia hyperscape promo pack.

A BattlePass will only grant BitCrowns on the platform it was purchased on. If you've purchased your Battle Pass on Xbox and then redeemed the NVIDIA PC pass, this can lead to issues.
I've disabled the Nvidia pass, this should allow you to begin earning BitCrowns as you should do as normal again.
