Dear Ubisoft / Hyper Scape Devs,

I want to start off this post by saying thank you - for coming up with a brilliant idea for a game. I've been enjoying every second of the game... when it isn't glitchy. Which is the reason why I'm writing this post.

I am so disappointed, frustrated, and saddened because of the number of times I had to restart the game due to the sound glitches. I am so annoyed by the amount of aim assist you gave to the controller players on PC. This game is having the biggest tournament ever as we speak - Twitch Rivals and we got a CRUCIAL bug with the sound. I was literally watching all my friends in the tournament restart the game OVer and OVER because of the sound glitch. In the middle of a tournament.

I don't know what is going on with the game nor am I going to pretend like I understand the difficulty of the job to fix these bugs. But it is your job. Ubisoft is a behemoth of a company. For the LOVE of GOD pLEASE fix this game. I'm about to punch the wall.

You guys have SO much potential with this game. I love the game so much for what it could be.

Love - NaCl_Sam

Hey Sam! We are completely aware of these frustrations. There should have been some fixes for audio bugs with the recent patch, so it's unfortunate that you are still getting audio bugs. Are you specifically having this issue after getting pulled by Magnet? I've flagged that up to the team. If you are having audio disappear from other things, a clip showing when it disappears from today/this point forward would be super helpful for our team.

As for Aim Assist, this has been an ongoing process the team is trying to be careful about. The team wants controller to still be a fun option, but obviously does not want to make it too strong. I've seen comments from some controller players on PC mention that aim assist was adjusted at some point from Open Beta to Launch, but it is still a little prevalent. The team is continuing to work on tinkering with it, but it is a complex issue to work around. For reference, aim assist has been a risk the team has been aware of and monitoring since before Technical Test.

I was watching several streams during Twitch Rivals yesterday and did see a few matches where audio would cut out from glitches. This is obviously not the best situation for the kind of tournament that Twitch is doing. I also recognize you really love the game and want it to do well! I can assure you both of these things are on the teams radar and currently in the process of getting fixed.
