[2020] Player Report System for Hyper Scape?

I know several people who have been having problems with someone in the community that we suspect strongly of cheating. Strongly is an understatement, he let someone watch his stream in discord and you can see his hacks. I won't accuse him directly because this post will be pulled down.

We have tried reporting him through the uplay website but that seems broken and there is no way to report people in-game or through the uplay launcher. This is ruining the game, we have run into this individual many times. I feel like this lack of a proper avenue to communicate exploits to developers will kill the game for many people.
