[2020] OCE Servers?

So, I excitedly downloaded the game thinking OCE would have servers (Seeing there is literally no info about it, as far I know) Seeing the game would be available "world wide" (Unlike the test which Australia had no access to). I must ask, does OCE have actual servers? Or are we chained to SEA/US?

I have played 2 games so far and both have displayed Yellow Latency notifications (Probably meaning I am 100+ ping) which makes such a fast paced game with high-verticality basically impossible to play at a decent competitive level. The fact we can't check the ACTUAL ping also blows my f*cking mind.
