[2020] Constant Audio dropping

I'm assuming theres been a fix for their not to be more complaints about this. But nearly every game, inconsistently I'm getting my audio either dropped completely, or I only hear slides and grunts of my character.

This is getting infuriating with already how inconsistent audio already is.
