Are there any weapons that enable a contender from any range (not just long distance) to eliminate an enemy contender with a single shot? I am encountering enemy contenders who have very high elimination tallies, who "appear" to dominate with single shots. Even with no life left and what appears to be no hack protections, do not experience being eliminated at the expenditure of multiple magazines from a "Komodo" or other heavy ordinance. Is this perhaps just due to internet delay, from excess internet traffic in my region?

A one-shot elimination can appear to occur due to connectivity issues, but weapons like the Sniper Rifle are capable of a one-shot kill if the user is accurate enough.
