[2020] Reduce TDM's health regeneration timer

The introduction of TDM was an amazing addition to the game, but the fact that I need to stay away from the action for 15 seconds because I shot twice by a riot is outrageous, if the devs want to keep the respawn timer for the original battle royale mode, then pleaser change it for TDM. The delay is just too long for a Team Deathmatch round.
