External link →In case you still need assistance: You need to add each other through Ubisoft Connect. (The Ubisoft account management system) Here's an FAQ on how to do it on the website version! If you have a PS or XB account, you can link them to your Ubisoft account and sync your friendslist for anyone who has their Ubisoft account linked as well. Once you have them added through Ubisoft Connectc, you can use the Squad menu in-game and invite them directly from that menu. We should have an article coming soon with step by step instructions for the whole process.
