[2020] Hyperscape Stutters still - New Nvidia Driver 452.06...

I was hoping a new driver release would fix the micro stutter every 20 seconds or so. But no, so not an Nvidia problem, thinking defo, Ubisoft problem. Is anyone still having these stutters??
