[2020] I cant pick up guns without having to wait a while

Dating back to even before the release of season 1 i have had a glitch. Every. Single. Game. Whenever i drop down and i try to pick up a gun it looks like the gun doesnt pick up. My hands then go into the motion like my charachter is an echo. In that time i cant shoot or use any hacks until my guns load in. Its not a performance issue since the game otherwise runs perfectly. Its annoying to play like this because i've died multiple times not being able to do anything back. Also missing the opportunity to get kills in the first minutes is really bad. Sometimes it takes as long as until the first sector collapses. Sometimes it even happens at the end of a game when i just found a better gun i doesnt even work.

I have (after over a month of suffering) found a little fix. I have two monitors and because i play on fullscreen if i click on my other monitor after pressing escape, to then go back to the game the guns load in. Its definitly faster, but still a pain in the ass to deal with. If nessecary i could provide proof, but im not really a pro with OBS, so i didnt include it. Really hope someone can help, because this bug is really impacting my gameplay in a really negative way.
