[2020] Has the problem been addressed where you can't do anything related to shooting or using hacks?

It's happened to me 4 times so far and every time it would trigger the moment a dive would collapse in the middle of a fight which would stop me from shooting or using abilities completely unless I would pick up another gun or hack from the floor which would fix it.
