Sometimes i try to go into a game and it will sit me on the looking for match screen for like a half an hour just to amount to it sending me back to the lobby. Also today when got on the game none of the portals woked, when i pressed f to go into a portal i would zoom up to it and that would be it i wouldnt get the option to play the game, same with every portal, and pressing esc just showed a black screen, also there is still no player report or kill cam feature.

The first thing we'd advise is verifying the game files, which will check for missing or corrupt files and replace them. You can do this by clicking on the menu under the game icon in Uplay.
We would also advise running through the connection troubleshooting steps in the guide here, in-case that is contributing to the issue you're seeing.
