Error Message “Impossible to connect. Try again later” displayed in the certification flow. This error message can appear when a Twitch viewer tries to link his Twitch and Ubisoft accounts, but the Twitch extension can’t. It could be a broken line of communication on the network-side of the extension. If that happens, the viewer can still partially use the extension, but some features will not be available. Solution? Try again a bit later and if it still doesn’t work, please contact our Customer Support to help pinpoint the problem and fix it.

Error Message “Battle Pass information not available” displayed in the Battle Pass tab. This error message can appear when there is a broken line of communication in one of the network services that retrieves the viewer’s Battle Pass information. Alternatively, it can happen that outdated information will be displayed. Solution? Try to refresh the window of the livestream and click on the Battle Pass tab again. If it still doesn’t work, please contact our Customer Support to help pinpoint the problem and fix it.

Error Message “Error XXXX. A connection trouble prevented the acquisition of your last Battle Pass Points. If it’s a recurrent problem, contact us for help.” displayed when the viewer tries to claim a reward. This error message can appear when there is a broken line of communication between some of the network services that retrieve the viewer’s game profile (where “XXXX” is replaced by a specific error number). Solution? Try to refresh the window of the livestream and click on the ‘CLAIM’ button next time it appears. If it still doesn’t work, please contact our Customer Support by providing the specific error number, in order to help us pinpoint the problem and fix it.

Error Message “No info available at the moment. Come back in a few” displayed in the STATS tab. Stats only appear when a match is active. But even when the match is active, this error message can appear when there is a broken line of communication between some of the network services that retrieve the match’s information. Solution? Try to refresh the window of the livestream and click on the ‘STATS’ tab again. If it still doesn’t work, please contact our Customer Support to help pinpoint the problem and fix it.

Error Message “We can’t detect if your game is opened” displayed in the STREAMER SQUAD tab. This error message can appear when there is a broken line of communication between some of the network services that retrieve the Streamer’s Squad information and your game profile. Solution? Try to launch the game on your PC and/or refresh the window of the livestream and click on the Streamer Squad icon notification again, when there a new invitation is made by the streamer. If it still doesn’t work, please contact our Customer Support to help us pinpoint the problem and fix it.

The extension doesn’t seem to work on Mobile The Twitch extension Hyper Scape Crowncast is now available on the Twitch app, for iOS and Android cellphones.

Streamers can install and enable the extension in their channel dashboard, like they normally do.
Viewers will now be able to use the extension on any extension-enabled stream on Twitch.
Most features will be available to them when they hold their cellphones in the vertical format: the live stream will appear on top and the extension will be displayed below it.

Viewers can enjoy voting for events, watching their Battle Pass progression, looking at the Streamer’s stats and applying to join a Streamer Squad. The only feature not available on mobile is the Kudos one.

Enjoy and let us know how you like the mobile version of Hyper Scape’s Twitch extension!
