Console player here. Yeah so I see a lot of people saying the aim is very funky. And a lot a replies say things like "it's just different." I just want to explain my problem and I'm not sure if it's widespread or not but people are chalking it down to aim assist issues or aim acceleration. Mine is straight up busted.

So when I look anywhere on the left side of my analog the sensitivity is seamless and I have no issues whatsoever. The same goes for when I look straight up or straight down. However, sh*t gets weird when I look anywhere on the right side of my analog. It seems when I move my aim upright and downright my aim acceleration is boosted and it moves very quickly. But the part that f*cks me more than anything with this aim problem is that when I look straight right, my sensitivity is halved. This isn't just when I'm aiming at someone. It isn't just when I'm aiming or just when I'm hip firing.. My aim is always halved when i turn right.

The aim is completely broken as it stands. I've still been playing with it but wow. It would alleviate my frustrations if this could be fixed asap. I want to fall in love with this game badly as I've enjoyed it a lot but it's just so hard to when I can't have the same experience my friends are having (cuz for some reason they don't have this issue.)

We have mentioned we are working on implementing options for response curves and an option to disable the current aim acceleration! Some players have mentioned that turning your sens waaaay down helps it feel a bit better as a workaround for now.

Just curious why this is broken for me yet I have a friend who doesn't run slow sense and it works for him. Is there a reason for this or is just chance?

I think it may be down to personal preference? He may just be used to how it feels.
