[2020] Current Audio Issues

We didn’t want to go into the weekend without acknowledging these issues, and want to assure you this is being taken very seriously by our team, we understand your frustration and want to resolve it asap.

Audio Cutting Out Mid-Game

Unfortunately, this bug is still an issue, our team currently is tackling this as our top tech priority. Short term, we plan to temporarily remove the Magnet Hack early next week, as it is tied to the biggest occurrence of this bug. Mid-term, we plan to introduce a number of significant improvements when Season 2 arrives in early October.

Faction War Audio Distortion

The Faction War currently has a bug many of you have noted which badly distorts the game audio. We will not be able to address it before that Limited Mode rotates back out of the game in about a week and a half. But we are committed to resolving that issue before Faction War returns to the game in the future. We sincerely apologize that this issue has contributed to player frustration, given how much we’ve seen you all enjoying that new mode otherwise.

Update [8/24]: Magnet has been temporarily disabled while the teams works on a fix.
