The title sums it up. I play Hyper Scape using an Xbox controller on my laptop. Drivers are all up to date. Connecting it directly to the laptop does not fix it. The game is still playable, but having to exit out of text chat after every reload is really annoying. There doesn't appear to be an option to turn the text chat off in the game, and I don't really intend on using it.

I assume that the same thing doesn't occur with the reload button your keyboard?
Is your controller and official Xbox one or a third party one? Are the drivers, just the standard Windows xbox ones?
