[2020] Controller issues

So theres a bug or I dont know where I plug in my Dualshock controller, try to practice (or even in match) and the game just goes crazy, like i cant open menu, when i can it goes up and down without touching the controller, or the gun shoots by itself and and my character goes ads, and gets stuck. Is there a way to fix it, or are they gonna fix it? (PC)
