I can confirm that everything you have unlocked during both the Technical Test and Open Beta will carry over to Season 1.
You will of course need to use the same Ubisoft Account but thanks to Cross Progression, you can use these (and any other items you unlock) on the same Ubisoft Account on both PC and Consoles.
