Eric made a comment earlier about how we are definitely aware of the threads regarding aim assist and can say that the team is looking into options for it at the moment.

Why are the queue times like longer than a game normally?

This is another topic I've been keeping tabs on, assuming you are talking about the time you have to wait while in a lobby. It is understandably annoying sometimes, especially since the game is fast-paced, so you would want the turnaround time for matches to be fast as well.
