[2021] Hyper Scape not launching

Played a while back during beta/initial release, felt like trying the game again. On game launch, it stays at 0% in task manager.

I have:

- Tried through both UPlay and Epic Games

- Reinstalled twice

- Deleted vivoxsdk.dll and verified files

- Closed every application in the background

- Launched through both normal and _BE .exe files without UPlay

- Updated drivers

- And no, I don't use Action.

Really stuck here, every possible solution I have looked for on the internet doesn't work.
