So yea, as much as other people been asking on other threads, i'd like to create a new one but a detailed one at that. Here is my case. I did a clean install of the latest drivers 20.8.1

this is also kinda bugging me, if anyone can clarify it to me, are these driver versions okay?
the thing is, i updated my catalyst software to the latest versions, a clean install at that, i even manually uninstalled them in the device manager but these driver versions below seem outdated to me. any help?
