[2020] Can someone explain why the game is dying in my country already?

I live in Brazil rn, and the game is dead. It doesn't look like ubi support it because everyone is dc'ing all the time and the most teams we got in a game in the past week is 25.

Please, help me. I love this game and I want to be something in it. But it is not helping.
