So I've been having this problem where I go to launch Hyper Scape, the little Uplay window pops up, and then nothing happens. I've looked into this problem, others say that some recording software and such was stopping it but, I don't have any of it. Ubisoft customer support has been completely useless nothing they suggest works. Any ideas about what might be happening?

Hey! Were you contacting through a ticket or one of the social pages? Do you have a ticket number? I assume you have already tried verifying your game files.
