[2020] Can't even launch the game

I've come to this sub as my last resort to try and get into the game. To cut it short, I am getting the famous vulkan 2 error, however, my graphics card is already updated to it's latest (391.35). It's a kinda old geforce gt 620, which is in the range of the recommended hardware. Believe me, I've tried everything I was able to found in the internet. What am I supposed to do? Not play the game at all?
