  • Revert (nearly) only the cooldowns of the hacks in the recent patch, keeping most weapon buffs to still have a decreased TTK, but now with abilities still being meaningful.

  • Make the shotgun unable to one shot for at least the 3 first fusions. Potentially increase the spread of the bullets so it's more of a close range weapon than before, but would stay away from this change until we see how a nerf to the one-shot goes.

  • Give the Riot One some damage fall-off. Currently it's just a better Wingman from Apex, and that thing was annoying as f*ck back in the days. Giving it some light damage fall-off so it's more of a medium ranged weapon would be an interesting change to keep it in balance.

  • Decrease the time limit for the pre-lobby. Currently you stand in it for what feels like 10 minutes when the player count shows 95+, why not just start the countdown when you hit a threshold, and then only add the last players as fillers? To make the loading screen not ruin the launch for the last minute players, you can even increase the countdown to 20 seconds, just so we know that the match is starting soon (makes it feel shorter) while they are finishing loading in.

  • Fix the majority of the bugs as soon as possible. I hate having my settings reset every other time I log on, looking into the sky to see people running inside of their pods when landing, and the Shockwave hack not activating correctly when you need it the most. These kind of things turn people off from the game very fast, as they decrease the overall quality of the game significantly.

  • Make the characters always run when shift (or other key) is being held. This is a minor change that would make the movement a bit smoother. The amount of times where I have messed up a slide a tiny bit, and when I get back up, I have to re-hold the button again. Just a small annoying thing that happens, unsure if it's a bug or not.

While some of these changes are big, I believe this is how we would be able to get the best version of the current game, while it still feels like Hyperscape. The last patch changed the ability focused gameplay into something that makes this game lose it's unique power; just gunplay (which we have in every other BR game in the world).
