[2020] Reward transfer

I watched a twitch stream and saw that you can get a reward thanks to an extension a streamer had. I connected my ubisoft account to my twitch and on my ubisoft account I have my ps4 account linked. I am currently playing on the ps4 and not the pc and when I claim the reward, it's going to the pc account and not my ps4 where I want it. Is there any way to fix this?
