Hello all! In this post I just wanted to make a couple suggestions that really needs to be implemented. With the new reductions to adhesion I've been seeing some players get a little frustrated even though I personally feel like it could be adjusted just a tiny bit further.

Anyway I've been giving it some more thought and these additions would help level out the playing field between controller and mnk. I've suggested these in the past as well as others but I believe it's even more imperative to start working on them if not already. A big disadvantage for most controller players is movement (yes you can still have good movement) but giving players these tools can even out the playing field instead of just using AA which is a different level of advantage vs just frames and movement speed.

Firstly I would recommend the horizontal sense have an increased max. Long story short it's just way too slow and bumping up the extra speed isn't a direct fix and works differently that the standard sensitivity being as it just activates once the outer threshold is hit.

Second custom controller binds is a MUST! Once Fortnite implemented this it was a whole new game for controller players and I've seen countless people say they will return to the game if it got custom binds. Yes you can do it in your console settings although it's just not the same. Seriously I promise this feature is worth it's weight in gold.

Lastly this feature is something I believe so far has had zero thought by Ubi but mnk support for console would be helpful for anyone wanting to give mnk a shot if they don't want to use a controller for any reason. This could include not being able to afford or just not wanting a pc. Maybe someone feels helpless against mnk and wants to have the option to use it or any other reason out there. Platform shouldn't dictate input when the game is fully crossplay.

These suggestions will directly give players the tools in order to give them a fighting chance in however they seem fit. I realize these come with their own technical barriers although these are necessary to make this fair for everyone and frankly to just enjoy the experience more. Thanks for your time!

PS in its current state I still think the average controller player will roll over the majority of average mnk players. People need to keep in mind that the majority of the mnk players in HS today are the top players and do NOT represent the average skill level. Not everyone has insane flicking and movement abilities.

Hey Magswap! Thanks for taking the time to write up your suggestions.

Just to touch on increasing sensitivity: The issue with adjusting these types of settings will require everyone's settings to full reset since they are dependent on the main sensitivty bar anyway. The team wants to be cautious with changes like this because of adjustments last time causing players to be upset at losing their settings. I'd be curious to know if this is something our controller players would be okay with if this is something the team would want to do.
