@jsfl98 If you are on Xbox, you have to disable crossplay through the system settings on Xbox. (Xbox Live Privacy Policy)
@ChrisAcuna14 You are most likely facing off against PS players, not PC players. You can only play with PC players if you are in a squad with a PC player.
@ChrisAcuna14 Xbox and PS currently do have crossplay! XB and PS players can matchmake into each other. Additionally, PC players can squad up with PS and XB players, but those matches will be played on PC servers.

@CornishGames Do you happen to have a Steam account linked to your Ubisoft account? Try uninstalling your current copy of Hyper Scape and reinstalling it through the Free Games section. If this does not help, please DM @UbisoftSupport with your Ubisoft username.
@CornishGames Have you tried going to Ubisoft Connect and scrolling to "Free Games"? You should be able to redeem it here. It should not ask you for an activation key.
