[2019] Beta start dates

Have the beta start dates been announced yet? This game has got me intrigued after watching Quinn stream. I don’t really care for single player experiences so I don’t want to hop onto alpha, beta will have multiplayer correct?

P.s I tried the search function and didn’t see anything about beta dates since 39 days ago, if this has already been discussed recently my apologies, I may have missed it.
