[2023] Not able to pick up my wapon again - other loot also not pickable

Hi,

I somehow dropped my weapon on the ground and can`t pick it up again in an echo/monolith.

I tried to deactivate my loot-filter and creatted a new one with show all.

Other items that dropped were also not click-able.

Closed and opened the Game fixed this issue temporarily but after one or tho echoes the same thing happened and i´m not able to pick up loot again. only gold is shown normally and also picked up.

I´m not sure if this is a bug or i´m randomly pushing a key combination that is causing this behaviour.

Anyone have an idear or can help me?
