Hey Everyone, sorry if this is a stupid question. I’ve been loving the game so much that I decided to buy one of the supporter packs and I redeemed it by activating the code on Steam and it shows up as installed in my content, but I can’t find it under the cosmetics tab in my character screen. Is there a place I need to go in game to acquire this, or is this only going to be showing up during 1.0?

Yeah! I bought the eternal vanquisher supporter pack and it gave me instructions on how to redeem the “code” for the pack on steam. I entered into the “activate a product on steam” link and it’s showing up on my game under “your stuff” or “DLC” that I have the pack installed. Just haven’t been able to see it in game at all.

Yea, I think it's in your Steam account but because it wasn't purchased from steam, we don't know you purchased it so it's not in your Epoch account.

In game, open the store. Button is at the bottom of the screen.

I'm also not sure what's going to happen if you try to buy it in game now because it's already in your Steam account, steam might not let you buy it again.

Okay I figured it out. This was a miscommunication on my part I guess.
- I do have the cosmetics. However, I’ve been playing on my offline character and I guess offline characters can’t equip cosmetics? I made an online character and I have everything included in the pack.
That being said, do offline characters not have access to cosmetics?
Offline characters don't have access to supporter packs.

Not at the moment, no.
I hope this is something that finds a solution. As I understand things, going forward, there's no way to financially support the game outside supporter packs/mtx purchases.
For those of us who prefer to play offline or are forced to because of latency issues, there's little point buying something that can't be used.
