Expansions?

Was watching a video and they mentioned that all the expansions would be free. Just curious if that had been confirmed or if it is possible we would have paid DLC in the future (like I could see expansions for a new class or something like that being totally fair). Anyway just wasn’t sure if that had been confirmed or not as I was curious

Edit: I know the cycles will be free just didn’t know if they would have an expansion every couple years or something
