[2020] "Fixed a bug where using Teleport or Transplant at the start of a Monolith level would cause extra enemies to spawn on top of you"

I haven’t encountered this issue since the fix was implemented. Could you please post the name of any zones this happens in? A video clip would be ideal but just the names should be plenty. It might still be a problem for a few zones, rather than all zones.
