[2019] Installer won't download whatsoever. 0.0%

Apologies for the significantly worse than usual response times recently.

From what I can see, it looks like you may have since installed the game through Steam instead.

A couple of us have looked over the log file you provided, and it does appear that this may be caused by interference from security software such as an anti-virus program or firewall. We have a support article available here which may help if that is the case. If you do try installing the standalone client again, we would recommend removing the previously downloaded installer and the folder created by it, and performing a fresh install from the beginning.
