Every single day between 3PM and 5PM gmt -7 all my friend and I got disconnect and after login the account we got disconnect again.
We had some disconnections across multiple titles that we are investigating with Amazon (AWS).

We are investigating the disconnections already.
Update: It appears that disconnections occurred across multiple NCW titles. The team is looking into the issue with Amazon since we did not see any abnormal network activity.

We have not seen any mass disconnections from our side for any of the servers today. Our team receives alerts when the servers experience a massive disconnection of players, but not if it is a small scale ISP outage. You may want to submit a tech support ticket if the issue still persists.
We didn't hear anything back yet from our request to the Dev to add the stones back to the VIP Shop. I will bump it again, sorry for the wait in response.

As at the moment we are lacking some basic MMORPG stuff.
1) Quests-what mmorpg doesn't have quests (don't need to answer as we are here)
2) Story - This part missing after Goddess of Destruction.
3) Achievements -(let me rephrase: items, achievable in game loot mob drops etc.. High Five patch was awesome with this stuff. bring it back.)
97% NPC doesn't even have a purpose since they are outdated, do anyone remember Seed Manor Traders in every Town. What's the purpose of them now??
Some of them NPC's give critical error once you try to talk to them..

I checked our files and saw no changes to P.Atk./P.Def./M.Def. for any of the monsters in Neutral Zone. Only the rewards were changed.
