Why wait to announce this now? I blew all of my currency, largely on stuff I didn’t really need, because the store was expiring? u/CM_Cerebro this has been a known issue for a while, any reason that you decided to wait until two hours before the initial end of the store to announce this?
I went to the team and asked for them to do this today as I thought it would be a player-friendly decision for all the players waiting for their 1400 Power Cores. I understand it's later than ideal but this should help out some players, not everyone, but at least some.
The timer for the Eternal Spirit event store was extended by one day, to allow any players waiting for the 1400 Power Cores to use them for store refreshes, if you wish to do so.

With the new Strike Pass, you will see Silver Flash Bits at level 70 but there’s currently nothing in the Costume shop that you can redeem them for. After the release of version 5.9, scheduled for release tomorrow (Wednesday PST), the Silver Flash Bits can be redeemed for a costume for Groot, Fully Trimmed.

External link →Recently there was an issue where some players that purchased a 21-Day login calendar were unable to claim the final day rewards of 1400 Power Cores. Today, we sent compensation of the 1400 Power Cores but they were unintentionally sent to all players that purchased the calendar, not to only the players affected by the bug.
To correct for this, the following action will be taken on Monday:
- Players that were affected by the original login calendar bug will be sent an additional 1400 Power Cores
- ALL PLAYERS that did not purchase the calendar will be gifted 1400 Power Cores, to be on par with the players that purchased the calendar but unintentionally received the compensation
We apologize for the confusion that this caused.

Anti-Venom will still be available in the Premium Orb but no longer at the increased drop chance. Anti-Venom will be added to the War Store and the S.H.I.E.L.D. Operative will be removed - you can still find her character shards in the Campaign node of Heroes 4-3.
