With the release of Version 5.10, there is an issue with certain players not being able to load the game using their data (wi-fi works fine) on T-Mobile carriers. To correct the issue, players will need to download version 5.10.1, which is now available for iOS devices in the App Store. There are two changes to the way that certain rewards are being distributed through calendars in February.

First, as there are only 28 days in the month, the rewards that you would normally receive for days 29 and 30 will be included in a login calendar that will start around Valentine’s Day.

Second, the login calendar that usually comes with a new version release, which grants Gold Orbs, will be moved over to a login calendar that starts on 2/5 connected to an upcoming milestone. We appreciate your patience in the interim.

Thanks for the reminder and I just checked in on this. I can't get into details on the cause of the delay but I did just escalate the problem with the dev team leadership. Hopefully, I'll have more to report soon...
