Yes, blitz sim force closes the game 5+ times a day and exits to the phone home screen. Choosing characters in the squad menu in blitz force closes the game multiple times per day as well.
You have so many bugs I don't even know which one is which.
Also doesn't help that support does not reply to any ticket. Going on 32 days with an open ticket and no reply. I can't even open more tickets until you acknowledge my first ticket and close it.

i feel its hard to get anymore excited currently with the state of the bugs and lack of communication to the player base about it.
my mailbox is full of compensation.. im still waiting on support to close my support request for almost a week in game and currently am not able to do another ingame support untill its closed..... have emailed and am waiting for 2 emails to be addressed...this is not good enough and i am not the only one in this situation.
this stuff needs to be fixed and a plan going forward before we get an influx of new bugs for the up coming releases and game modes...

Yes, we have some serious work to do on game stability and the studio leadership is treating this as a critical issue. There's no excuses to be made - we gotta get it done and I will continue to help drive this forward.
Wanted to wait until the 2022 Preview was published to respond to this. Both Scourge Events and Cosmic Crucible required building new tech that didn't previously exist, which would not happen in a game that is in maintenance mode. Furthermore, MSF is a Top 50 Grossing game in the Google Play Store - apps that are that successful don't get put into maintenance mode. I appreciate his perspective but it's not accurate.
