Cerebro, can we please get some additional focus on crashes and freezes? I'm on the latest patch on iOS *and* on my Bluestacks environment, and over the last week and a half have lost north of 100 Raid energy due to crashes, and have lost probably 3-5 Arena energy for freezes, including two very frustrating ones today. This game has the stability of tissue paper in a hurricane, and it's very frustrating for people who *want* to play it.
Yes, there are numerous reasons behind the need to improve the stability of the game right now and the team is dedicating resources toward addressing them. I don't have any details to share but it is of significant internal concern.

Those two things are not related. The Google Play Points thing is strictly a technical issue that is being investigated and diagnosed.
