Play to earn has problems of baking in predatory economic structures into the mechanics fo the game in order to make money for everyone involved, not least the developers themselves who get to make royalties on all transactions.

This RUINS gameplay, and encourages unfun design.

I wish I could talk about this subject with more nuance, but on Twitter the character limit completely discourages this.

To those who will comment it, this is COMPLETELY different to getting paid to be a commentator, streamer or esports professional. Those are not predatory.

Lol I mean why would I watch a movie if I don't get paid for it, there's no intrinsic value in "art". Please monetize every aspect of my life because there is no purpose to life without numbers going up in my wallet

In today's Bedrock Beta, some frog tweaks and several parity changes, including villagers and the hunger system! Also, the coral fan pathfinding change has been reversed while the team considers the community's feedback.
