From my battle to our war, MMORPG MIR4.
Greetings, This is MIR4.

We have currently confirmed an issue of unregistered items in the Clan shop getting activated as if they are possible to purchase with the price of "0".

Related works are being made at the moment to solve the issue as soon as possible and it will be fixed on scheduled maintenance on January 25th.

We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and we will do our best to provide stable service.

Issue of Darksteel Miner's name getting displayed as "Unknow…

Greetings, This is MIR4.

We are well aware of the issue of the darksteel miner's character name being displayed as 'Unknown'.

This phenomenon has occurred due to the omission of some data from the server that resulted in the "Unknown is mining" message being displayed, which is not an abusive case.

It is currently being fixed and tested by improving the information processing procedures and the fix is planned to be implemented during the scheduled maintenance on January 25th.

We will do our best to provide a more stable service.

We maintain a zero-tolerance policy against the use of unauthorized programs or software, manipulation or tampering of game data, and intentional exploitation of game systems.

To date, we have permanently restricted more than 8,050,600 accounts.

[Notice] Known Issues after the Update Maintenance (1/11)

Greetings, This is MIR4.
Following issues have been confirmed after the update maintenance conducted today.

■ Issue of not being able to purchase some products in Clan Shop due to the price being set as 0.
■ Issue of Clan resources being displayed as a negative value.

We are currently investigating the cause of this issue and we will do our best to fix it as soon as possible.
