Not trying to hijack someone elses thread but I messaged you my ticket number for a hacked account. I have been waiting since October 11th (commented elsewhere in this post) and the last contact I had was in early December from a supervisor saying he was escalating and still no updates. Any help at this point would be greatly greatly appreciated.
Nevermind can't message your account. Unfortunately the only way to get help appears to be getting a post on the front page :(
