For anyone experiencing this, please provide your character name and the world you were last on so we can look into this ASAP.
I think you’re right. This is likely part of that app data issue some players have experienced. I know our team is looking at what happened there, but so far everyone has been able to recover their character, as you mentioned.
@kattila12 did Kingzero’s suggestion of deleting the AGS app data work for you? If you haven’t deleted the app data yet, can you grab a copy of the AGS app data file and send that to Customer Support? It would help with our investigation and repro/validation.
