[2022] Tier 3 Smelt crates gave zero items

Thanks for the report! The team is investigating the issue and recommends keeping these caches unopened until a fix is implemented. When I have more information, I’ll update you here but in the meantime, this issue is now listed in the Known Issues list.

We just released an update on the Smelting Crates issue and our findings from our investigation of missing or incorrect rewards. You can see it here: [Notice] Investigating Smelting Crate Issue - #2 by TrevzorFTW

Moving forward, if you believe that you are missing rewards that are guaranteed (remember, the Smelting gear is a low-drop chance item from these crates) please include the following with your reports:

• your in game name
• which server you are playing on
• when you were opening the crates (i.e. what time and time zone)
• where you were when you were opening the crates
• a video showing you opening the crates and not receiving your guaranteed items
