Does getting super close to the station help this occur less?

Correct. That was a bug that we fixed.
As @Vesstan said, please try and get as close to the crafting bench as possible as the current workaround. We’re looking into this!

It looks like everyone else answered your concerns about Dynasty.
As for the resource concern, back to normal is good! You just should no longer occasionally get nothing, which was part of the earlier fix to resources.
It looks like the issue is with the status effect icon popping up when it shouldn’t versus Freedom not working, but we’re still looking into this just in case (and working on the status icons).
Hi @Sara - the team is working on it. It doesn’t look like this fix will make it into the April patches, but should hopefully be slated for May!

We have been seeing requests for more Mutated Expeditions to be active at the same time, because of this we have introduced 2 Mutated Expeditions on each server!
We hope you enjoy the encroaching corruption and increased danger in these Expeditions.
Our team has announced that paid server transfers and regional transfer tokens are currently being worked on and will be released after the big update in April. We will make an announcement once they are available! You can find more information in our most recent Developer Update Video.
