Interesting suggestion. I definitely understand the risks players flagged for Open World pvp are taking and I’m wondering what others here think about it. I’ll forward it over to the team for discussion!

It should be in the current PTR build and working properly! From what I understand, it wasn’t present in the last one as they found an issue with it.

I’m so sorry the problem still persists with your Character gl0wing dz.ernesto.

I just found it in the system with this information:
Character Name: gl0wing.
Server: APSU.
Level: 60.
Faction: Syndicate.

Can you please delete glowing from your Character’s list and as soon as you finish let me know so I can restore it.

I’m so sorry you’re having issues launching New World.

Thank you so much for sharing the troubleshooting you have done so far.

For this issue you can follow this troubleshooting related with the Internet Protocol Version 6 (tcp/ipv6):

  1. Open Windows settings.
  2. Go to your Network&Internet section.
  3. Click Change Adapter Settings.
  4. Right-click your connection (It can be either LAN or WIFI adapter) and go to Properties.
  5. Scroll down in the menu until you found the option Internet Protocol Version 6 (TCP/IPv6)
  6. Uncheck the box next to it and restart your computer.
  7. Re-launch New World.

If this troubleshooting doesn’t work you can also verify the third party program EasyAntiCheat that is linked within ...

¡Aventureros!

Aquellos jugadores que abrieron su cofre de recompensa de El alma de la Tempestad antes de que ajustásemos su puntuación de equipo en la actualización 1.4.1 recibirán un nuevo cofre de recompensa con el nivel de equipo correspondiente. Este nuevo cofre aparecerá automáticamente en el inventario.

Es posible que sea necesario reiniciar el juego para que el cofre aparezca en el inventario.

Adventures!

We are going to be providing players that opened their Tempest’s Soul story reward chest prior to our adjusting the reward chest’s gear score in update 1.4.1 a new reward chest with appropriate gear level. This will be automatically delivered to the user’s inventory.

Please note, you may need to fully restart New World for the new chest to appear into your inventory.
